This company fraudulently obtained my bank info and deducted $69.95 Ripoff

On Friday May 18 a charge appeared in my Bank account for $69.95 from USA credit. I never heard of this company before, and I sure did NOT give them my banking information.

Can't Federal Charges be brought against this company for what they have done?
