Is a rip off how do you claim your money

I recieved and email stating that i won 1 million dollars. I was so excited but when i went to claim it i couldn't. I have tryed for the last month to claim my prize but still have not recieved a check, i like playing but i would like to know that i am not being scammed. Does anyone know how to claim your prize or has anyone ever received a check from this place with an address on it to look up?
