They were going to tell my boss and my employees who I was and threatened to damage my reputation! Ripoff

Education & Science

This people started calling to my cell phone. I explained that I had a new job in which I was going to earn a little more in order to pay all the debts I have now that my husband passed away and left me with two infants. I told them not to call my work because I could be fired, because of the company policy and because of my position as administrator of an important company.

I explained that I was having moving expenses and that I was not going to receive payment in two weeks from the hire date. But explained that they were going to receive a payment in less than a month. They found the number of my work, I do not know how and started threatening me for a payment, immediately. They said that they were going to contact my new boss, who is the owner of the company and that they were going to tell him that I do not have money to pay my debts, that I am an irresponsible person that he should not trust.

One day they were so agressive at the phone, they called me to the office and they obligated the receptionist to interrupt me in middle of an important meeting I had. They said that I should provide my account number immediately or they were going to arrive to the office in less than 24 hours and then everybody was going to know about the debt, specially my boss and said that I was going to loose my work!

I explained that I only had $520.00 in the account and that I only had the account number but not the routing number, to please wait until I finish in the meeting and could go look in my purse for the checkbook. This people said that they had the routing number for my bank and obligated me to make the payment and recorded me when I was confirming the account numbers. (I provided the account number, they provided the routing number).
The amopunt was never withdrawed from my account.

One week after, a lady called me to my work, yelling at a point that my blood pressure went to the heaven, acussing me of fraud because the account number was not correct. We had a fight through the phone and she started to said that I was going to end in jail. I explained that I provided the correct information and when she played the recording That was clear, the error was on her side. The lady then said that the check bounced.

This was not true, the payment was never processed because they provided a routing number that was not correct. The lady spoke to me in a veryunrespectfull manner, she called me lier and threatened that everybody was going to know about this in less than 48 hours.
Then I decided to search for help because I knew something here was not correct. I sent them the C&D letter by FEDEX and with confim receipt. They should receive it tomorrow. Let's see now!
