Received a letter in the mail today postmarked from Madrid Spain. Thanking me for my participation in an important survey.inclosed was an "official check" for $1995.20

Upon close examination of the check, the only thing noticably out of place is the order of the routing# account # and Check # from left to right. The routing number... Although the correct number for the bank the check is supposed to be issued on, Bank of America... Is listed in the middle with the check # first at the left, routing #, then the account #.
