Took my money fraudulently. Sent me a cracked disc and charged my account $49.95

I ordered the Government Grants & SBA Loans disc for $3.95. I received it two weeks later cracked in the middle. I called to report it. They promised to get another one out to me immediately. Another week went by and I did not receive anything.

In the meantime, I noticed they had charged my account the $3.95 plus $49.95. I called back and asked for a refund of my money. I was assured this would happen. After another week and a half, I called again and stayed on hold for 30 minutes then hung up. I called back and got a recording.
