Design Savers Plan
Charged me $234.50 three weeks after I requested termination in the plan and they have not reimbursed me nor will they say when they intend to reimburse me! Ripoff

On Februrary 28th I requested in writting termination of my plan four weeks in advance as opposed to their requested 5 days notice. I was charged 234.50 on March 1st (as I expected) but was charged again 234.50 on March 27th. I discovered this on March 29th and was told I sent the letter to the wrong address because the people who take care of terminations are in Aurora Georgia.

Excuse me! The booklet under "Membership Termination" states:
Your written request including copies of your ID cards must be returned to DESIGN SAVERS PLAN at least five days before the monthly anniversary of your effective date to: 2851 South Parker Road, Ste. 1300, Aurora, Colorado 80014.

I was told they never received my letter and to fax a copy to attention "Reva" fax# 1-800-967-7851. I did so on March 29th.

Today is April 23rd and I have not yet received any credit. I phoned them again but this time when I called I was told to call another number 1-888-774-2422 which I did. Customer Service said my account stated I was due a refund of $234.50 but they could not say when I would receive it. She said "I can't tell you it may be two weeks or one month because I don't know. The refund department is going through a transition and so I don't know when" I asked to speak to someone in the "Refund Department" and was told they do not take any calls. I said OK - I'm reported you to the Better Business Bureau. End. That's my rip off story SO FAR!
