Cashed check for 46.49 in Dec. 2005 and still haven't received order ripoff

Placed an order in 2006 and they cashed my check for 46.49 based on my routing number and account number and it is April 23 and I still have not received my order. Have replied many times to their confirmation email, but have never heard back from them. This is just a big scam. Don't use them.
