I signed up to recieve specialized training for short sales. I paid her $3000 for a weekend seminar and agreed to pay $1500 per month plus 1% of each deal I closed - She showed up late to every appointment we had with her. 8 or 9 other people signed up at the same time I did, 6 of us quit before the first $1500 payment was due!

She claims to be a professional but she was very paranoid and never provided the promised information. She had us spending thousands of dollars on marketing that never worked, her "secrets" were kept secrets because we never learned them!

I would never refer anyone to her, she needs to take a few years to create a real system and track her marketing to find out what really works. You would get more information from your local Title or Escrow representative that specializes in Short Sales.

She never produced evidence that she is making $230,000.00 a month like she claims, when I asked her about it she said she made $100,000.00 per month consistently... Why would the website claim so much more??
