Deceptive sales tactics and refusal to allow a return Ripoff

This company is blatantly abusing the law to take advantage of consumers! Just because they may be able to trick you into signing up for some autoship program, that you may or may not have been aware of, does not give them the right to refuse you the right of returning a product you do not want and issuing a credit. Are there still any watchdog groups that police such things? There must be some sort of a return policy? I am going to challenge this with my credit card company and get a lawyer if need be. I refuse to be talked to like that on the phone by a bunch of crooks!
