Never even heard of this company

I had never heard of this company ever, and one day my bank card was declined being very confused why i contacted my bank to ask why. They informed me that their were what was beleived to be fraudulent charges on my account and they froze my card number. I went in to my local branch for more information and they showed me my statement.

I had to call the number to privacy matters to find out what it was exactlly. Then searched online and found this site. Ive never heard of privacy matters, and definitely never used their services. I cant explain how enraged i am that there are "companies" out there that do scams like this, like i wouldnt notice...
