Zenithmotor.com paid $314=received broken watch, did not honor 2yr warranty no refund, no callback

Hello everyone, im posting this bulletin to advise please dont ever do business with zenithmotor.com.

The company sells watches and Gaurantees their watches from defects for 2 years! I purchased and paid $314.00 Dollars for a watch i ordered using C.O.D.

When I received the watch it did not even work. The compnay claims your product will ship faster if you use the C.O. D method using money order and not credit card (of course because with a credit card you can dispute the purchase with your bank, with money order C.O. D you can never get your money back once you give them the Money order. These people are true liars and scammers.

When I called the 2 numbers 646-204-5821 &
646-262-9776 listed on their site it just went to voicemail. I left a very professional voice mail stating I would like my money back or the watch replaced as detailed in their warranty.

I waited the whole week and got no response. The next week Monday morning I called again and spoke with someone by the name of Joe Beck, he advised me for my watch to be replaced I would have to order 2 more watches and he would throw in my replacement. I advised him I would look over the site and pick 2 more. I called back on wednesday and spoke with a Nick Cook I placed an order with the company again ordering 2 more watches giving the company a 2nd chance to redeem themselves and had not heard anything back from them since.

The company askes you to sign the Money orders out to SUSAN FORD who once called me to confirm my order from a number of 347-613-8174

Basically I am out $314.00 which isnt ridiculously alot but Id rather see this company not make any more money or benefit in any way from honest hard working American people.

If anyone knows of anything I could do please respond!
