Big time rip-offs, liars, rude people (especially so called "receptionist")

On July 19, I placed an order (Tyfun wheels) thru a company called "Wheels 4 Less" (an advertisement I found in the Lowrider magazine). The representative that I placed the order with was Jason (Rep. #17). I was asked to send a money gram for the amount of $2,255.50, which was made on July 20. I was told by Jason that I should receive the merchandise in 3-5 days by UPS.

Within that time I never did receive anything, so I called and spoke to someone and was told there would be an additonal $700.00 fee for delivery. I mentioned to them that I would like to cancel; because there was no way that I would pay an additional $700.00 delivery fee. The rep mentioned there would be a 25% restocking fee if I canceled. I just decided to wait and have them send my merchandise.

I still did not receive anything. I tried calling to speak to a manager and was told by the so-called receptionist that no manager was available, but someone would be if I called back at 5:00 pm. I tried calling many, many times before and after 5:00 pm hoping that I would be able to speak to someone. There was never any answer. I guess that after so many calls, they recognized the number and would not pick-up. My last attempt was in January but the number was disconnected.
