Shoppingessential Won't let me cancel, keep charging my credit card ripoff

I inadvertently clicked on a box that started this nightmare of being billed $14.95 every single month even though I cancelled in an email they sent allowing me to cancel.

I don't know what to do or who to turn to. I feel like I should cancel the credit card to stop it, but I really HATE to do that. HELP!
