Payout Ripoff Guaranteed Win Oppertunity Matter Of $1,900, 000.00 CASH AND AWARDS

A.P. R, Sent a pretty official looking document stating "In The Payout-Guaranteed Win Opportunity Matter Of: $1,900, 000.00 CASH AND REWARDS!" All I needed to do was send the document signed, dated and with a check cash or money order in the amount of $19.99 to them so they could realease the funds to me.

So I thought well if I send cash there is no proof that I sent it so if I sent a money order I have atleast a reciept of the money order but if I was to send a personal check then they have my bank account that just plain opens my personal records to whoever

So I jumped on the internet and found so many other people who have gotten the same papers as I have and thats when my oppinion changed and the words RIP-OFF came to mind I would love to sue the crap out of whoever these people really are cause I work really hard for my money an Im sure there are people out there that sent them the money an im sure their still waiting for that $1,900, 000.00 in certified funds to reach them.
