This company keeps changing their name and billing me for services I do not nor have ever received. Ripoff

I have been fighting this charge for over 5 years and the charges on my phone bill add up to over $1200.00 for this time period. They put charges on my phone bill for service I dont know what they are and have never received. They were first known as Intgretel now they are The Billing Resource.
I have contacted them directly and thought it was taken care of and now the charges show up again under a different name. It is my belief that at some point the phone company needs to take some responsibility and stop being an "outside" billing company for these types of companies and make them legitimize the charges.
To date I have not been successful but will continue to fight to get the charges permanently removed!
