Card EDP scam Artists

There are several scam artists we hear about everyday. There are people all around us who get abused or stolen from but it's different when it happens to you.

I am a recent victim of EDP theft. I have no clue who this company is but some how they stole 159.95 from my checking account. Chilling evidence shows that this has not happened to one person; there are over 386 people who are going through the same thing.

How is it possible that lawyers have not stepped in on our behalf. This is a good subject / case for a class action suit. I'm not a lawyer however, I am aware of my rights as a citizen. I am appalled that the bank institution that I joined won't do anything to help in this matter. This is considered "Check Fraud" and yet, nothing has been done to stop this nightmare.

Why are honest citizens made to pay for this injustice that has happened to them. I for one don't have 159.95 to just give away and even if I did, no one has the right to voluntarily go into my account, have access, and take my money without consent.

I'm having a hard time with understanding why over 300 individuals are being victimized and law enforcement has not intervened!
