Is a ripoff

Customer Service; Price & attitude...

On Sunday July 21st my girlfriend and I went to the Wonder Hostess shop at 790 Royal St George in Naperville. We were there at approximately 11:30 A.M. As we proceeded to check out, the young lady at the cash register attempted to over charge us for items that where clearly marked on sale. When we questioned her about the prices she became rude and did not want to change the prices but with some hesitation she did so.

Never were we greeted with a hello or smile or anything and we definately were not told thank you or have a good day. I work within customer service and I know that every person is a potential customer. But I promise you that I will never go back to that store every again and I will tell my friends and family of the following incident and I promise that they will not shop there either. The biggest rip off here I believe is the fact that I am a very unhappy customer.

Everyone makes mistakes in this world, but this could have been prevented by a light conversation and maybe a smile. I do believe that someone needs to inform the manager of how employees treat customers and maybe some training should be involved. Name tags would also be helpful so we know who is being rude to us.
