Fradulent Sale, obsolete virtual tax course with dozens of errors

I ordered a 60 hour Individual Tax Course. April sent me an absolete course. I tried to study; however, all of the pages did not match with the tax publication and the answers to many questions were wrong; thus did not match the IRS answers. How can I be trained to do accurate taxes if the answeres were wrong? Of course, she refused to refund my money, but I will dispute it. A couple errors might have been acceptable, but dozens? She insists on sending me another one. How can anyone in their right mind trust a fraudulent business like that, that don't care about their customers?
