Mary V. Peterson, my lady friend, saw the John Beck Infomercial on late night t.V., she thought it sounded pretty legit. To her so she sent off for the $49.99 (I think) package. Any way, the package (free and clear) arrived Feb 28,07. We opened the package and right on top a phone number that requested we call them to get started in this program. We first spoke to a Ms. Cherice Turner, She touted the laurels of this "John Beck free and clear" she assured us that we had nothing to lose as we have a money back warranty. We then spoke to a mr. Dominic Flores, this guy could sell snow in minnesota during a blizard well he sold us on this program, lock stock and barrel. What they did was collect personal info. Such as how much cash we had available, credit card balances available, they made us believe that we needed to be approved for this program.in reality they ran a check on mrs. Petersons credit card bal. And then the amount of money they needed was exactly what her available balance was $15,000.00. Any way Mar. 1,07, i picked the john beck co. Up on the internet expecting to find glorious reviews, but to my dismay, nothing but complaints of scam, ripoff, lying, misrep. Deciet, hundreds and hundreds of these. He is suposed to be a member of BBB in utah, cant find him. We called this scam co. To request a refund, they (customer services) was very rude, she stated that we had made a verbal agreement, and that was binding, there would be no refund i think this is a crock of s—t, this company is being run and opperated by a bunch of godless garbage god ever put on this earth.
