Claim that you'll receive free CD but need to charge $1.97 for shipping to get your credit card info. Later on charge $ on your credit card without authorization month after month

Do not believe the "Grant Search Assistant" The web site title is "free money Toolbox". It claimed that in order to received a free CD, you need to pay only $1.97 for shipping. Therefore, I gave them personal info whick included mailing address and credit card #. I don't mind they charge that $1.97 but later on they charge me 29.95 on the following month without my awareness. It is a headache to disbute this un-authorthorize transaction with my bank.
May I give advice for all of you to be carefull with a company like this. Be aware, not to give out your credit card info easily especially over the internet -"Free Money Tool", "Grant Search Assistant".
