The College Prep Center ripoff telephone solicitation of a minor

We too have been ripped off by this company. Over the summer of 2006 they solicited my teenage daughter and talked her into purchasing this product for $199.99. They told her there was a money back guarantee. When I found out about it, I attempted to call their number, and got an answering machine. I left a message telling them not to send the package and explained that my daughter was not authorized to place this order. I attempted several times to call them, always the same machine. They sent the order anyway, for which I refused delivery. I immedeately called my credit card.in January, my credit card reinstated the charges saying that The College Prep Center says they did not receive it back. I again call them leaving a different name and phone number. They called me back within the hour, but when I told them what I was calling about, they hung up on me. Now I am being forced to pay for something I did not order or authorize, and was never in my home as it was immediatly refused. The number they called me from was 619-668-2234.
