I was not able to get a dated archive conversation as proof that my instructor for MKT255 gave me an F without explaining specifically why so that I coud improve the grade

I received all A's on my first class of BUS105.

I received two A's on my first two papers of week one. Then suddenly I received an F on the first paper of the second week. The rules are, if you don't drop a class before the second week you have to pay for the entire class.

When I asked what I could do specifically to correct the grade the professor in so many words said:'Figure it out for yourself'.

I asked to drop the class and not have to pay for it because of the inappropriate behavior of the instructor. I was told at that time not to go back into the class room. I discovered that I could not get back in anyway since they removed my password entry from the date of the complaint.

I tried to resolve the matter through several conversations with people that said I would have to talk to someone else. Finally I spoke to the Dean of Students. She produced a false quote from the instructor showing how he did explain what to do.

These records are archived with dates on them. The quote she produced never happened during the time in question. I have no way of retrieving the electronic records even though they are billing me for the entire class that is still in progress for several more weeks.

No one will produce these records that show this conversation between the instructor and myself never took place. Everything is one sided and needs to change.

AIU has done nothing more than scam me into a bill of 0ver $2,660. The grant I was awarded does not apply the way it was suppose to, it was suppose to pay for 50% of the bill. Only $250 will be applied leaving a balance of over $2,660.

I have documentation on most of the information mentioned here. There is so much more to it than this. AIU is bad business because you are not able to hold them accountable for their actions. The consumer is powerless.

My advice is to not enter a contract with them in the first place.
