Ripoff liars theives fraudulently writting checks on my account

I did not realize until this week that this company is stealing money from my checking account. I have never received anything from these people and I don't even remember ordering anything from them. I have tried to call these people after I Googled them, because I did not recognize the name on the electronic checks they drew on my account. After several calls and recordings I finally talked to a person and they were no help.

I called our local sherrif and wrote a report and I've closed the checking account, but the bank says that they are trying to get my money back but no promises. They have taken money out of my checking account 3 times. Federal Regulation E does not protect your checking account, only ATM and credit cards. Can you help me???
