Urban Authentic Fashions & Project Hope 0 - Maria Hendricks - Maria Hendryx - Maria Hendrick - Maria Johnson steals money and uses Project Hope as a back up offered designer clothing and keeps the money ripoff

The first paragraph here is what my initial findings were and the second paragraph is new information that has been aquired by myself and 3 other women that have been trying to get our money back.

On 12/07 I sent $770 to MTC Hendryx for 10 Juicy Couture Tracksuits that have never been received. Maria spoke several times by phone to a friend of mine and even sent her a set for us to look over. I purchased 10 and my friend also made a purchase. We both never received anything. She will not answer emails, pnone calls ands we've filed complaints with everyone we can think of.

PayPal has issued a claim for me but I seriously doubt I get the money back. I found out the actual name she used to sign up for the account was MTC Hendryx. Seller's Name: MTC Hendryx Seller's Email: boutiquebellas@comcast.net I've since found the woman's name Maria Johnson in Vancouver, Wa. She has a listed address 13016 34th St in Vancouver. I had ordered 2 other items from her and the return address on that shipment was 223 NE Russel Portland, Or which she claimed was her boutigue. I found that address belonging to Project Hope and wouldn't you know they sell on eBay under the userid project. Hope and they are selling the Juicy Couture that myself and many other people purchased.

Another person they have taken acutally purchased a set from them on eBay and got the contact info and we've called them. Of course they claimed to have bought the sets from Maria Johnson and I have emails from them through eBay stating that Project Hope gave Maria $6000.00 for the sets.

What is a charity doing with $6000 to purchase designer Juicy Couture to sell on eBay. I was told in calling Project Hope that a woman named Peggy had Maria's contact info and did all of their buying from her. Of course when myself and several other ladies spoke to Peggy she got very nervous and said we had to talk to Project Hopes executive director. This is supposed to be a charity don't they get their money from donations? $6000.00?

To date myself and 3 other woman have not gotten our money back. PayPal said the money was not in her account and there is nothing PayPal can do. The money has to be in her PayPal account and PayPal said they can't take it out of her bank account. EBay has been notified about Project Hope and has done nothing. Any information we have gotten has been on our own. We've spent money and a lot of time trying to find this woman and anyone else involved. I have contact information for everyone involved.

The website address of urbanauthenticfashions was canceled by them after we started complaining. She's made excuse after excuse from being attacked to her husband being a crazed drunk that kidnapped her son. She also claimed the she worked with troubled teens at Project Hope.
