Untrustworthy, horrible vendor! Never buy from this company!

I ordered this as a present to myself to remind me of my son's birth and I ordered it 2 weeks ago and he will be here next week. I have contacted them to track my order and all UPS has is shipment info. IT has not left ARIZONA at all. I have tried to contact them several times and I have not heard from them at all!

I do not appreciate being scammed especially in such a precious time in my life. I can easily go and get one at another store, but pay 2 times as much as I did here... I thought I had found a company who had a great deal and still get the same product. Yeah, a great deal for them because they get people's money everyday and don't ship out a product!

I received an email conformation from them that said my order had been received and processed, but where is my package!?!? They are horrible and I will never buy from or suggest this company again!
