Fradulent billing dishonest charged card twice then said my Credit card was denied Ripoff

I ordered their Cosmetique advertised beauty kit. Which comes to $6.95 and was told the product would be shipped in a few days.

Two weeks went by and nothing arrived so I called them and they said my credit card was denied. I knew this was a lie. Because I used a loadable Visa gift card.

I ordered it again. Using another loadable card and again they said the package was on it's way. Another two weeks went by and customer service said the same thing. Credit card denied. I called them today and the third representative said they charge $1 then charge the remainder when shipped.

It's all double talk and dishonesty. Since they were loadable gift cards they were limited in what they could charge. However. I have no way of tracking the charges. They claimed they would send me $1 by check and did not do any charges. I don't believe them.

It's obvious they are ripping people off. With promised merchandise that never comes.
