Ripoff Never received the Visa Card I paid fo

I received a credit card invitation in the mail for a $10,000 loadable Visa Card. I was instructed to send in $39 plus $6.00 shipping to receive my Visa card within 2-4 weeks.

As this sounded like a good deal to me I promptly sent a US Postal Service money order in the amount of $45 to SV Card in good faith. That was on October 7. To date, as of December 2 I have not heard one word from this outfit.

I went to the website indicated on the application form and it is just a listing of places to apply for credit cards.
