Finacial director refuses to speak to mother, with childs permission to speak to her Ripoff

My daughter is going to Lindenwood University and I have a court order for her father to pay 90% after all scholarships and grants.

Mr. Terry Kapeller will sit down and speak to my ex but he refuses to speak to me reguading the account. He gave my husband 100% credit for the Chrysler scholarship which he should not have. He took my ex's word as to what he should pay.

He was summoned to court and did not show the first 2 times, when the judge told him he would send the police and cuff him and charge him with contempt he showed for the 3rd case.

He could not remember things he told me when questioned on the stand, like threating to refuse my daughters admition because the account wasn't paid. (It was)

He made math errors which the judge took his word on in court so I did not get what I was owed.

He still refuses to sit down with me to discuss the account, even though I am paying the bill. He has never looked at the court order but he decided to make a determination on what my ex owed - he was off, and the fact that he testified in court with his error cost me.

I do not understand why when I am the parent who has custody, and the first 2 years I footed the whole bill, he choses to sit down with my ex and decide his 90% but refuses me the same courtesy.

Lindenwood also over books it's self and offers some classes occassionaly, this makes many students unable to complete a degree in the 4 year time frame.

I would neither recommend this school, nor if I could do it over again would I send my child there.

The business office is extreamly unfriendly to parents, I feel like the only want the money and can careless about the child.

I also feel if the busienss director is going to go to court and testify he should read the court order before he does math. He did not.

I also feel he should sit down with me and go over the school charges the same as he does for my ex.

I make $10 an hour - my ex pulls in 150,000 a year. Clearly Terry Kapeller is bias towards men.
