Totally Unprofessional Terrible Service ripoff

Ken Briggs of 8745 Pathfinder Ct is conducting a terribly operated, totaly unprofessional business out of this address, which is a residence. I ordered a spa wand and called and called for a tracking number and after several attempts with no respone, I e-mailed this
company and told them if they are still in
business to cancel the order as I had gotten one from a professional company.

A week or so after I had recieved the one from the professional company, this terrible company against my knowlegde charges my credit card and without contact of any kind sends it out, No phone call, no tracking number, nothing.

I would strongly recomend no one do business with this totally unprofessional operation, I can't even call it a business, as a business is not operated in such a terrible manner!

Ken Briggs must be a coward as he is afraid to return my calls. He will probably respond like he does to all complaints against him; "I shipped exactly what was ordered"

I'm so disgusted I can't write anymore! Just be careful if you must deal with this creep.
