Fraudulent billing! Big rip! 1 min 25.00 plus... Do not fall for this. Ripoff

Fraudulent billing! Big rip! My son called me for my birthday from a pay phone, he had change but the phone would not take it, so an operator came on and offered to connect him he agreed. They then caled me on my cell and asked for my debit or cr card # to connect this call, i asked them how much would it cost they said 3.60. I was charged 25.00 from my bank account! I spoke 1 min per my cell phone timer. This is a big rip off people. All my son said was happy b-day ma and i said i have to hang up. I did not expect a charge like this. When i called them they would not do anything about it. The guy said they put a hold on the card for 24 hours then the amount of the call is taken from the bank they also have connection fees which was not told to me. I will contact the fcc, bbb & i will keep track of this report. Please do not fall for this scam!!!
