And Gang conman who rips off the poor and elderly Nationwide

Dear all, We would like to make the worldwide public aware of a company called Avalon owned by a man called Michael Kelly the biggest cruelest conman around.
So a big warning to all you brits out there!

Our story beings whilst on holiday in Mexico in my boyfriend and I stayed at a hotel in Cancun.

One day we went to the isle Majeres and meet what we thought at the time some friendly locals. What followed can only be described a nightmare or a chilling tale from a horror movie.

We were invited in to what seemed like a bar/lounge and asked if we would like to use a golf buggy for the day to tour the island. We agreed and was offered refreshments and then was asked to sign a document stating that we had agreed to the loaning conditions of the golf buggy and had giving a print off our credit cards and our passports as security.

When we returned to the lounge, by the way this was at the Hotel Avalon Grand. There were new people in the lounge and was congratulating us on joining the Avalon timeshare.

We tried to tell them that we had not done anything of the sort. Then this rather large chap (sorry he did not give his name) came over to us and said that our credit cards needed security information from us and forced me to the telephone where my credit card company was already waiting for me on the other end of the line. So taken back by all of this I foolishly gave them my security details.

Theu kept us there for 9 hours before they gave up trying the credit card companies.

They then frog marched us back to our hotel on the mainland and forced us to collect our clothes and such, before frog marching us back to the island.

We were forced to stay there until it was time for us to get our flight home. But to top all of this they charged us for staying there against our will and continued to send bills to home address for god knows what.

We did not pay any of these bills then they sent us threating letters, to which we now have to seek leagal advice.

This can only be described as the most horrifying holiday from hell.

Has anyone one out there be trapped in this way, if so we would love to hear from you.
