Charging me multpul times 49.95 for a cd advertised for 1.97

I was on site where it advertised a cd for 1.97 then later i noticed a charge for 49.95 was being charged to my bank account also pmkeywordsucess.com had also charged on my account. Their was nothing explaing these hidden charges. I called my bank they are sending me dipute papers also sugested i file a police report. They wont all info on what i done to recover my money. Their is no way to contact them by phone or on website.
