Charged mybank account without autorazation from me ripoff

FastAuction.com has been charging me 49.95 since november.
I have not ordered anything from this site. I am on a fixed income so when these charges were withdrawn from my bank account it caused overdraft charges also.
SEOGUIDE.com has been charging 9.95 which I haven't ordered anything from either of these sites
