Ripoff stole my money and won't give back without restocking fee!

Onlingo stole my money after a "free trial" that supposedly cost only $6.95 total. Then they put a $69.95 charge on my account. When I called them to take this fraudulent and unauthorized charge off of my account, they said they'd only do it if I returned the product (definitely pay for shipping), but also pay a $9.95 restocking feee! Then the crazy MOFO's had the nerve to send me an email detailing their terms and conditions that say the restocking fee is $19.95! They keep refering to their "terms and conditions" which are in such small print that most people won't read it. Before I gave them my card, I looked at the bottom line I was being requested to pay, and agreed. And now they've stolen more from my account and I'm being asked to just bend over and take it! I have initiated a charge-back with my credit card and hopefully this works! It's a shame that people feel the need to resort to outright stealing to make a buck today!!!
