Dreamsmile Debit Card Fraud charged 74.95 without permission ripoff

I was going over my Bank Statement when I noticed a charge from 1-12-07 in the amount of $74.95
This was an odd value to be as it seems to not be taxed so I started looking into it and found that it was charged to my account by LeanRx out of Henderson NV.

I knew I hadnt purchased anything from them so I called my bank to get more info on the company. They provided me with the customer service number which is automated and will not give any info unless you put your CC number in. I went to the bank and made them call this number. And they did with me in their office. When it promted them to put in my CC number I told them to do it. They did. Well the autmated attendant came back and said "Your card is being refunded, no more charges will apply"

Immediately the bank knew it was a scam becuase we never disputed the charge to anyone. Well within minutes my card was charged again but this time for $69.95. After researching further I found that I was charged $14.95 by a company called Dreamsmile back in Dec 06. They just keep changing their name.

My card has been cancelled and the bank is refunding my account for all three charges.

How can we attack these villians? I dont buy much of anything, over the phone, off the TV, or over the internet, so how did they get my Debit Card Number? Maybe we can share some places we are making purchases to find out if their is a certain company that sticks out.

I did make 4 purchases over the internet right before Xmas so my list will be small.
