Vista Print - Deal Pass - Vertrue
Debited my account without authorization or notification. Ripoff

My husband ordered some business cards from Vista Print. Less than a month after the fact I get hit for a 14.95 charge from something called PassPort To Fun. Husband called the 800 number and cancelled.

After researching we found that several people had this same problem but it stopped when cancelled. Less than two weeks later I get another charge for 14.95 from 24 Protect Plus. Again research. Found out that its all part of a place called dealpass.com and they have many many companies that provide discount services. I called their 800 number and got nothing.

So, I then called Vista Print and they took my info and they say they will reverse the charges. All of these companies are owned by a Vertrue Inc. I ran info with the BBB and this company has over 1000 complaints! I have reported them to the BBB and the FTC myself.

But everyone beware of dealpass.com and Vertrue Inc. With all the different services they could charge you 14.95 for each service and cover about two years of charges before you can ge them all cancelled. Also, they have been in court with the Attorney General of many states for these same business practices.
