Kickin Flips is a preschool childrens program that involves adults going from pre school to pre school on a dialy basis. Its a good program for the parents - but I have to say NEVER work there!!! The job is horrible! It is run by a man and wife named Kurt and Trish Galianio. Here is the program: As a worker you are in your car ALL day driving from preschool to preschool. You run little fitness and fun exercies calsses for the little kids... Then your off to the next school The problem is - is that one school may be 45 mins away from another school you are to be at... Then oftern Kurt would book me at a school ALL THE WAY back up to where I was before. Not only would this put many miles on my car... But they barley give us gas money... They dont give benefits, they dont even have a compnay car like they should, the pay is HORRIBLE... For the first month I worked there good ol' Kurt was paying me $120.00 a week to drive all over southern NJ... Thats not even enough money to cover the gas prices!!! After about 2 months, the pay will increase to a measly $400.00 a week... And its a 8-5 work day... The downside is that the wife Trish can be a mega witch... Dont work here!!!
