I reviewed website presentations and thought if they can deliver such a system I need and want one.

I contacted my "sponsor" and he explained how to join without having to use egold. He said to just send postal money order to this address overnight. I did as instructed and delivery was confirmed by postoffice as of 1:40pm on 10/30/06.

I got confirming "welcome" email from the company and logged on to the site to review the "buttons" and how to send out my first broadcast email.

After setting everying up I got back the following email

Dear Michael,

We have received your request to send out an email broadcast. We will examine the file you uploaded and the sales letter you requested. If all is in order we will do the broadcast. If there are any problems, we will contact you.

I never head another thing from them so I contacted my "sponsor"
and he said he did not know what was happening and by the way sent me 4 more deals for me to review.

I started calling the company and continuously emailed them about why my broadcast was not being done.

Not one reply back.

Last week of December I finally got email from them saying "get ready" TextTel would be ready soon launcing Jan 1. I said to my self what the heck is TEXTTEL and why do i care?
Well it turns out BPS bugs could not be worked out so they are switching all BPS people into TEXTEL which will allow us to send test messages to bizop seekers that have cellphones.

I don't own a cellphone and don't plan to buy one just to participate in this program.

I demanded an immediate refund and here is what I got back yesterday. Remember I did not ordet TEXTEL I ordered BPS.

Dear Mike:

We do not offer refunds of any kind,
BPS is now TexTel... You should have received your login info already.

Textel is a complimentary upgrade,
and offers expanded superior services to anything
BPS offered...

By using and/or registering to become a member of TexTel, you are stating that you understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this user agreement (the "agreement"). Please read the agreement. If you disagree with anything in this agreement, please do not use the site or any services provided in connection with the site. Ignorance of policies due to negligence or failure to read this agreement does not release any member from being bound by its provisions.

A. Release

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in TexTel, and by accepting the terms and conditions of the agreement herein, I, % (insert full name), my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns do hereby release, waive, acquit, indemnify, defend and hold harmless, and forever discharge all my rights to sue or be compensated in any way by Karl Jacobsen, TexTel, and anyone else associated with TexTel in any way, including other members and vendor.

Get that hold harmless this agrrement definitely covers Karl's
A* and all his company personel as well.

I feel this it a total rip off due to Bait & Switch tactic that has been employed and the fact no refunds are offered.
