Is a ripoff business from hell. Salt Lake City

We had Conti Mortgage first one payment got screwed up they said dont panic they would up a few payments and work it out. Then we received aletter that Fairbanks was now our Mortgage company so we would still call in to do our check by phone for the first of each month like we did with Conti. Well in October we called another firm to refinance and Fairbanks told them we were in forcloser which they never said to us as to us a check over the phone cant be late its deducted the firat wow were we wrong.

We had to get a attorney and it took him one month to get someone on the phone to get them to do a forebearance which was a joke as they wouldnt let us refinance any how they charged us property inspection fees every month and forest insurance and late fees every month and 11% intrest every day from our mortgage. When we did talk to anyone they were nasty and very cruel calling us lairs and other things. Well in the end we received a letter in Oct the 10th I called and was told I had 5 days to pay them in full or they would take our house the 19th.

We never heard from them again until May 12th or so when we got evicted. So now we live in Wisconsin we loved our home in Kingsford Michigan we were there for over 15 years as we rented first. We lost everything they ruined our name and everything and we cant get any attorney to help. We can only hope someone puts them down and maybe some of us can get something back from them that they took from us.
