Ripoff took money out after i told them not too

I had this company take money out of my account twice after fileing a request not to due to I am on a fixed monthly income and they cause me to have to pay two ISF fees at $15.00 each and now I have to go file papers at my bank so this does not happen again and thats going to cost me more money I guess you cant trust anyone these days and it a shame to get scamed by things like this I hope no one else falls for this. I filed fo a cash advance loan from a company and I was not able to get the money however the company never stated to me why but this is how this happend in the first place they wouldnt loan me money but they were quick to take $49.95 out of my account and honstly I dont even understand what it was for well good luck to all you others out there I hope no one has to go through what I went through its hard when your on a month to month income scale its easy for them to take but hard for you to get back so be carefull who you trust with your bank information im thinking of changing my account info just because of this you dont know what they could do after all there negitave responces. All I ask is for them to refund me my money plus give me my ISF FEES AS WELL ITS NOT RIGHT WHAT YOUR DOING TO PEOPLE.
