They misrepresented and lied to be Landlord on the room that I was rented

Last May 29 I found a Full basement for rent listed at Craigslist.

On her Ad Said Basement with separate entrance is for rent for $750.00 in a 3 level townhouse, basement has lots of lights with a separate entrance from outside. The basement consists of a small refrigerator and microwave and a room as a living area there is a full size washer & dryer and plenty of parking.

I e-mail them and Marta called me to set up appointment to look at the basement on May 30th evening. I met Jennifer De Guzman said she is the owner of the house They where Pilipinos came here from canada to work w/sponsor with the company. I asked them if I can park my mini van commercial with sign on the van on tha parking lot along with my compact car Jennifer Said sure no problem just park on unmark parking lots.

I like the room I want to take it i can cook in here I have all electric cookwares she said yes or you can cook also upstairs I said I will cook in here she said fine so, we sign the leased for 1st of July commencement date. As I moving in I saw a man painting on the stips he told me he is the owner of the house I was shucked i said who is Jennifer De Guzman the Land lady that is the leased said? He said is a tennant too but if there is any problems here just let her know then she will let me know too. I moved in anyway but I found out that they mad so much noise and farting upstairs dropping pot and pans of the kitchen while I was sleeping but I never complaint I just mind my own business and one day I got a call from the housing association that by the housing law I can not park my Van in the parking lot because is commercial I told her that I was told that I can park! She said NO! You have to removed it by tomorrow or we towe it and you will pay the fine. I told Jennifer De Guzman about it and she admitted it that she is not a landlord so, she doesn't know this law so, I told her that I must moved out because if my vehicles can not park here I can not stay there even I have 1 yr lease I have to moved out you lied to me.

So I moved out and she doesn't return my security deposit because I moved out before the leased expire.
Isn't that there is a law protect the tenant?
This woman commited a fraud for pretending she is the owner of the house she signed the leased as land lady title. I believed that leased should be voided and she should return my deposit and pay for my early movers expense in addition they do not give me my tenant right of quiet and enjoyment of my stay, she never give my a microwave that is another lied of her advertisement everything she told me was a lie.
Anybody there have this kind of ripoff?

Anybody have advice on this matter?
It surely be appreciated
I would like to stop this people for doing this bad business practice if the law will protect us of out right specially I am american citizen and jennifer De Guzman is a Pilipino and she applied for a green card already is waiting for approval. Can you imagine what bad things she can do if she have a green card?
