Want me to pay almost $4,000.00 for a merchant credit card machine thats not worth more than $400. Ripoff

I started a new business and received several "post cards" re: credit card machines. I contacted BankCard USA and requested info. I agreed to sign up with them figuring all credit card companies were about the same. BOY WAS I WRONG! They sent me a contract, I was stupid and signed it even though it said "non cancellable" figuring I was going to be in business for 4 years so no biggie. I had no idea what credit card machines cost. Well the story is the same as the rest of you. When my "antique" machine arrived I had trouble with it. I could not get help for over 24 to 36 hours. Finally it broke down and after two weeks of attempting to get ahold of someone to get help I gave up. I left msg after msg, attempting to get some one to call me back. NO one called for over two weeks. So I cancelled the machine, packed it up in a box and sent it back to Lease Finance Group. Like the rest of you, they are harrassing me with phone calls (up to 15 a day). I closed my bank account so they could not debit it. Now they are threating to take my house. My business was Incorporated but that makes no difference to them. I would love to join a class action suit against these loan sharks. I am writing to the FTC, my State AG, and anyone else who might be able to help.
