Dishonest - disrespectful - absolutely no customer service help - bad parts and twinsburg and ohio

We "built our own" PC through this company... Certain areas being upgraded for intended use. Parts that were upgraded were PAID for, but not installed, other parts (CHEAPER) were placed in the PC instead.

This issue has been going on for some time now (over 4 months of waiting for a replacement part) Both my husband and I have waited on hold for up to 2 hours to speak with someone - they disconnect the call.

When a representative is available (I believe it is the same person everytime!) he can not do anything or just keeps lying... The manager is on vacation, they stepped out for 15 minutes, leave your number and we will call back... The best yet is trying to impersonate the Manager!

Bottom line, this company needs to be shut down by what appears to be many fraudulant works.
