Llc dishonest representation, fraud, ripoff

One of their representative called and made an offer, i run a home business, and the way he explain to me is that he can help me increase my sales, show me how to build my customer base, and that he will coach me and i will see the sales rocket, i thought i was leasing with his company and that i would be paying a monthly rental fee and i not satisfy, i could cancell, well i made no money and have not heard from him since i received the machine, i called and asked could i return it and they said no, i was told to lease it to someone else or continue to be charged, i was then told that the machine costs 7,000 dollars and some change, this was never ever stated me, now i am receiving 5 to 15 calls a day, not only that i am being called by their legal department, telling me that i will be sued, garnishment, etc
