Rip off, scam

They contacted my husband and promised to give us the same $5,000 or more on a green card. They have been stalling us and they took the money out of our account back in september and told us then it would be in december before we would get our money.
They sent us a book to fill out and we sent it back. The letter they sent with the book said that 6 weeks after we sent it back it would tell us what grant we were eligable for.
It has been six weeks and $300.00 dollars later and we still haven't heard anything. If i had know about them being a scam before we let them have the money then we wouldn't be out any money. I wish that a lawyer would take this and we all file a class action suit against them.
Not only get our money back but shut them down from doing this against anyone else. Not everyone can afford to be taken advantage of nor does anyone deserve to be ripped off.
