Assetsearch.com swindled me - took me for $75 and did NOTHING

I was trying to locate the assets of an individual who swindled an employee of mine out of everything he had - took him For $50,000 and pretended to sell him a house. Assetsearch.com promised to search the country for anything the swindler might own and charged me for the information - of course I paid, but they did NOTHING. They didn't respond, didn't do the search, didn't do a thing. Beware and just find someone in the phone book. Assetsearch.com is a swindler, too.
