I hadn't even heard of them when they took money out of my account!

I had not even heard of this company when they took $3.97 out of our account! I contacted our bank, who said they would credit our account with that much and refer this company to their fraud unit. I doubt they're going to do much for $3.97, but maybe if they have a lot of reports about this company, they will do something!

I had to cut up my debit card and now wait seven to ten days for a new one. Knowing US Bank, it'll probably be much longer!

Good thing we check our account frequently. This hadn't even gone through yet — was on the list of items waiting to be authorized. I asked them not to pay it, but they said they would, but we wouldn't be responsible.

Thanks to the people who have posted email addresses. I'm going to use them all and tell them, this time they got caught right away!

How annoying! I do buy through the internet, but I've only used sites that I knew were secure and reliable! I don't know how they got my number.
