The website looks great, but once you give credit card info. You're told to enable cookies, and you are just routed back to the same page. The customer service link is no good either. After you go to all the trouble to type in your complaint and send it, you are told the link is bad and no longer exists.
I went through pretty much what the other people who wrote in about this company went through. I too went to the bank and had to have my credit card stopped. Not amusing.
