Ripped money out of my checking account, when they did not have permission to

When I received my Bank Statement I noticed that there was $159.95 and $19.98 taken out of my account. I did not know where it had went, so I called my bank and they said all they had on record was mastercard_accla had taken the money. They did not have my permission to take it, and I want something done.
