My fiance bought me a V2 Premier which has being served several times from this company. They replaced the cd, power switch, motherboard, cds, and every time they sent the pc still with the same. I called several times and they request for us to pay 186 or more dollars to extend the guaranty. How come these people still on business. I think I should be included in the class action against this company. This is a rip off after we spent over 4000k in two pcs and they send us junk.
